Help for ongoing relationship difficulties, either individually or together as a couple

Help for concerns relating to the state of our world and the environment

Am I a fit you?

If you are struggling to enhance your mental health and well-being

You're finding yourself stuck, or repeating the same old patterns

You're wanting to understand yourself more deeply

You want to reveal more of the awesomeness that makes you, you!

Still wondering if I'm the right fit for you?

If you are still unsure, but are feeling curious, feel free to connect with me to talk about how we can work together!

Community impacts

Giving back with
every session

A portion of every session fee goes toward supporting the important work of local non-profits. This year I am donating to Vancouver’s Food Stash Foundation, which is working to eliminate food waste and food insecurity in our community.

Individual, couple, & group counselling

Warm, practical help

Explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Gain deeper insight into your thoughts and behaviours, develop coping strategies, and improve your mental health and well-being.

For relationships of all types

Improve communication and resolve conflicts between two or more individuals in a relationship. It can be helpful for those who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship, such as arguing, lack of intimacy, or infidelity.

Process big questions together

Groups allow individuals to gain insight and perspective on issues through the experiences of others, and also provide a sense of community and belonging. Groups can be a great way to improve your mental health and well-being.
